Ryan Andrews

Licensed Paralegal

Ryan is a licensed paralegal at Derstine Partners, where his practice focuses on criminal and provincial offences litigation at the trial level. He represents clients facing all kinds of summary and provincial offences in and around the GTA and regularly assists lawyers with any and all matters, including homicides and complex project cases. Ryan is technologically proficient and is instrumental in complex disclosure review involving cellular data extracts, data dumps, and all manner of digital forensics. 

Ryan graduated from George Brown College’s paralegal program in 2022 and became a licensed paralegal in 2023. Prior to becoming a licensed paralegal, he graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2020 with a Bachelor of Arts Majoring in Political Science. He developed his passion for criminal law while working as an Administrative Assistant at Derstine Partners in September of 2020.

Ryan is dedicated to helping his clients through every stage of the criminal justice and provincial offence process and is committed to providing a vigorous and compassionate defence to all.
