Charles Lamy is currently an articling student at Derstine Penman. He graduated from the McGill Faculty of Law. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Toronto.
Charles summered with a prominent Toronto criminal defense lawyer. He is the co-author of The Discipline of Police Officers: The Practitioner’s Guide (Thomson Reuters). It will be published in late 2019.
Charles is passionate about the protection of civil liberties and fighting the abuse of government authority. His guiding principles are the presumption of innocence and the rule of law.
